Barbara Kimmel-Palmer has been painting for 30 years in both watercolors and oils and most recently in acrylics. She has exhibited in the Art-A-Fair Festival in Laguna Beach, California for 15 summers, had a one woman exhibit at Cal State Los Angeles, and teaches watercolor at Mountain High Five Gallery, where she is a partner. Barbara's favorite subjects are children, florals, landscapes, seascapes, shells, still lifes, and most recently abstract collages. The collages are created with gold, silver or copper leafing. She loves to explore new techniques in several media. To her art is extremely exciting and challenging.
